HP Smart array P440 support

In UEFI mode the boot process does not read the installation media usb.
Never booted from the usb in UEFI mode!

Why?

It should work in UEFI.



That said, we only have DL360 and DL380 here.

Never saw a DL20 besides on slides from HP ;-)
