Does FreeBSD support OpenGL 3.3?

Hello, all

A while ago I asked in freebsd-questions@ regarding OpenGL support in
FreeBSD:

Unfortunately nobody gave me an answer so I decided to try to ask here.

Does anybody know if FreeBSD support OpenGL >= 3.3 at all? Sadly I
didn't manage to find a direct answer on this on wiki or handbook. If it
does do I need to build/install any additional drivers? In particular
I'm having problems with Intel HD Graphics 4000 and FreeBSD 10.2.
