Yes, FreeBSD supports OpenGL 3.3 on most GPUs. I believe yours included.
You can query the greatest supported version with glxinfo:
$ glxinfo | grep '^OpenGL core profile version'
OpenGL core profile version string: 3.3 (Core Profile) Mesa 11.1.1
Later versions are not supported because of the old age of our kernel
drivers.
