Need really cheap IDE mirroring PCI controlled for FreebBSD 4.10

Those cheap "hardware" raid 0,1 controllers are all really software 
raids. Driver does the raid job on windows. IMHO FreeBSD soft-raid is at 
least as secure than those ms-driver ones.
