Could you please be more specific? NO_MAILWRAPPER controls
the mailwrapper(8), and is not to sendmail(8) installation.
If NO_MAILWRAPPER is set, the mailwrapper is just a
symlink to /usr/libexec/sendmail/sendmail.
So, what do you see broken here?
