4.8-STABLE cvsup & kernel compilation

If you are just wanting to compile your kernel,
you can skip the buildworld/installworld/mergemaster
process.  However, keeping the two in sync is highly
recommended.

To speed up the build you can add -DNOCLEAN to the
buildkernel step, although depending on what has
changed you might need to do a clean build.

You may also consider putting KERNCONF=<your-kernel>
into /etc/make.conf to save typing it on the next
build.

So, assuming you have KERNCONF=<your-kernel> in
/etc/make.conf, you only need to do:

make buildkernel -DNOCLEAN && make installkernel
