I also have been lurking and hacking on trying to get freebsd running on my sparc systems to no avail
As since our support expired we have not been able to get patches or even a return call from our sales rep about renewing.

We currently run on Fujitsu Sparc 64-v based systems, PrimePower 650's,850,and 2500 machines. Primarily these machines run large java web apps (tomcat) and databases (MySQL, and very little oracle)

Is their any possibility of getting freebsd running on these big systems?
