When became email web interfaces decent mail clients?
Rrésumé: Apart from "Thunderbird" you unlikely will find any decent GUI
(or TUI) MUA providing the default to set the cursor above the quotes.
Note! Being able to adjust the settings is not the same as "the
default". SICR!

Again, apart from email web interfaces, that quasi nobody considers a
decent MUA, what are all those FLOSS MUAs the majority of BSD and Linux
users are using, usually doing by default?
