UEFI loader picking wrong native resolution, documented fixes don't work

I had the same problem with UEFI and brand new Dell monitor that could
not display resolution goin out of sync.. I had to attach another
monitor.. but it would be nice if this UEFI console driver could
detect available resolutions correctly.. sorry I dont know a good
solution :-(
