Looking for motherboard advice

Hi,

I am looking to replace my ASUS (chipset AMD 760G) motherboard - 
the motherboard is making so much noise that it is becoming problematic
sitting next to the PC.

My current motherboard model is ASUS M5A78L-M V2, which seems to support 
SATA 6 Gb/s. I have a SSD which needs SATA 6 Gb/s, so I am looking for a 
new motherboard which has that too. My only other requirement is it should 
have onboard graphics - I don't want to spend extra on a separate VGA card 
and have to bother whether the card works on FreeBSD.

Can anybody please advise whether there is any AMD-based motherboard which 
meets both the above criteria ? One obvious candidate for my 'upgrade' 
would have been ASUS M5A78L V3, but that seems to have only SATA 3 Gb/s.

My current processor is Athlon II X2-270, although I can replace the 
processor too if needed. Since I am writing from India, my primary
shopping avenues are amazon.in and flipkart.
