Just to let you know that I finally decided to build a case around an 
ASUS A88XM-A (not quite a mini but I managed to find a case that exactly 
matches the mobo and has an external power adaptor  instead of a power 
unit with fan.

A88XM-A
ATX - Socket FM2+
AMD A88X - Socket FM2+

with WD Red 1TB, 8Gb Memory and an extra NIC (work with 400Mb and 50Mb 
network gateways).
