ps, clang and make variables

I have done the buildworld/buildkernel dance with the following in 
/etc/make.conf a few weeks back. Haven't played with it recently though.

.if !defined(CC) || ${CC} == "cc"
.if !defined(CXX) || ${CXX} == "c++"
.if !defined(CPP) || ${CPP} == "cpp"
# Don't die on warnings
