tao2 won't reboot.

I rebuilt and installed new kernel; now the boot process hangs at sio0;
it looks like it is having trouble with  irq4.

at the start of the boot process it says it''s missing "AUTOload";
this is probably why it won't boot.  

suggestions welcome.
