portuguese keymap

I needed Spanish characters, which are pretty similar.
Inside X it's even easier. I use KDE, so I go to
Control Center -> Regional and Accessibility ->
Keyboard Layout.
For the console setup, you could refere to the
HandBook - Localization Section.
