Yes, but the gizmoproject is particularly onerous. Look at the EULA:
http://www.gizmoproject.com/gizmo-end-user.html
Michael Robertson is the head of that project, IIRC. Fairly nasty EULA
for using such "open" terms. Can't even redistribute the software.
Pity.
