gnome 2.8 mime associations

Read the GNOME online help.  The MIME system has changed in 2.8.  All
MIME changes must go through Nautilus.

You need to provide more details than simply saying something is
broken.  Provide screenshots, expected behavior, files in question, and
steps to reproduce.
