PostgreSQL Updates in 2018Q2?

Hello everyone,

I noticed that ports head has had security updates for PostgreSQL 9.3 to
10 since 11 May, but these haven't been merged into the 2018Q2
branch. The 1 March updates were merged the same day.

Would it be possible to get these merged from head into the 2018Q2 branch?
