Look for this variable set somewhere. ALWAYS_BUILD_DEPENDS

This message "but building it anyway" is odd. looking in /usr/ports/Mk ,
I'd like to know why ALWAYS_BUILD_DEPENDS is set.
That can't be right. What are you typing to do the make?
