Do it like audio/p5-Audio and audio/p5-Audio-CD or devel/p5-PAR and 
devel/p5-PAR-Dist:

   p5-bioperl:     .../auto/Bio/.packlist
   p5-bioperl-run: .../auto/Bio/run/.packlist
