This is the correct path, although you may need some hand tweak.

You're doing a direct printing of a PS file.  Maybe your laser doesn't
have PS support.

Try correct locate your printers on http://www.linuxprinting.org and
send us what are the supported and prefered drivers.  This is the first
step.
