gtodo-applet port skeleton

Addition, I even have created a GCursor[1] port in here local machine. I
am planning to submit to PR this afternoon after when I see doctor. I have
the kidney stone last two days ago. However, the gcursor works very nice
here on GNOME 2.5.x.
