Yeah, I am disappointed about that it has been removed. The author might
bring it back, because he told me that around 90% people have email him to
request bring it back. :-)

Thanks! I already have gtodo-applet port in here local. It's little buggy,
so it's why I didn't submit to PR yet. I am in the contract with the
author. He forgot to remove the gconf dependency, which it doesn't need
and others. He needs to clean it up first, before I can submit it to PR.
However, I will take the look at your shar and might merge into mine if
there's anything good.
