pkg-1.20.1 is not working as expected on FreeBSD-13.1-RELEASE-p8 GENERIC amd64
machine.

pkg update -f
Updating XXX repository catalogue...
pkg: An error occured while fetching package
pkg: An error occured while fetching package
repository XXX has no meta file, using default settings
pkg: An error occured while fetching package
pkg: An error occured while fetching package
Unable to update repository XXX
Error updating repositories!

pkg.1.19.2 is working fine.
