Create your own CA, use that to sign the repo cert, install the CA cert in
/usr/local/etc/ssl/certs, and run `certctl rehash` to install it into the base
certs database. Then pkg will pick it up automatically.
If you have ca_root_nss installed, you'll need to unlink /etc/ssl/cert.pem,
/usr/local/etc/ssl/cert.pem, /usr/local/openssl/cert.pem so that OpenSSL's CA
detection works correctly.
