Hello everybody,

*I know* this is *freebsd*-isdn, not *netbsd-isdn*, but I've asked
netbsd-help at netbsd.org for help, someone told me to come back here, so here I
am... =)

I've now given up on FreeBSD and ISDN. I've upgraded to 5.1, but I still get
the same weird error messages:
i4b: unit 0, assigned TEI = 65 = 0x41
i4b-L3 T303_timeout: SETUP not answered, cr = 66
i4b-L3 next_l3state: FSM illegal state, state = ST_U0 - Null, event =
EV_T303EXP - T303 timeout!

As my overall impression with BSD was really good (the system layout is much
more tidier than with many GNU/Linux-distributions, where programs are
installed in /usr and /usr/local rather arbitrarily, also FreeBSD beats
GNU/Linux on my machine in performance and stability), I am not willing to
give up on BSD in general. So I thought of installing NetBSD 1.6, hoping ISDN
might work better with that.
Then again, I read in some netbsd-mailinglist's archive, the same problem I
had occured with NetBSD-1.5-current and an AVM A1.
So has anyone experiences regarding the A1 and NetBSD in general and 1.6 in
special?

Thanks in advance,

kind regards,

Benjamin Walkenhorst
