ZFS_DEBUG + enable ZFS ASSERTS with INVARIANTS any objections?

Hmm, I am not sure what exactly is the problem...
LOR detection and reporting is controlled by WITNESS, as I understand, and
WITNESS is orthogonal to INVARIANTS.
