The packing list was incorrect, yes, but, the very important part, is
that PORTREVISION is there to tell the builders that the package
changed, and it needs to be rebuilt.  In this case, there was no
package, as the packing list was incorrect and it prevented the package
creation because it was saying something about files missing.  So there
was no package without UNRAR, because it couldn't be packaged.
