Mmmm, bumping PORTREVISION has nothing to do wether an option is default
or not. Bumping must be done wether the option is on or off by default,
but here, on or off, it was not needed.

    Please read this:

    https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/porters-handbook/makefile-naming.html#makefile-portrevision

and tell me why it was not needed. :-)
