I finally finished porting rwho(1) and rwhod(8). My changes was

In Thursday I started my another task which is implemented new
capability rights (CAP_SEND_RIGHTS and CAP_RECV_RIGHTS). There is
still a lot of work with them (mostly in my understanding FreeBSD
kernel code).
