Another clearly obvious side effect of the "pkg upgrade" of 12 October 2019
14:58+000 UTC is XFCE now takes 45 seconds to present the XFCE DE from time
enter startx whereas prior to the update and since installing FreeBSD mid July
2019 this was 20 seconds.
