Some examples of additional bugs now occurring is random when XFCE "Suspend"
"Shutdown", "Restart" become greyed out.  VTTY switching will stop working at
random times or take several minutes to effect with no sense of additional CPU
loading as factor resulting in blank screens.  This is just the tip of the bugs
and random nature of when bugs will occur.  Another factor in the cause and
effect of this is how many web pages are loaded active in web browser, and how
many times switch to VTTY and how many times have to repeat key sequence for a
specific VTTY.
