Could you elaborate a bit more on this?  When DRM bits were in the base,
FreeBSD had offered awesome graphics experience, despite that it was claimed
those bits were actually not maintained very well.  That was just 2-3 years
ago, then we started to deteriorate rapidly.  What had changed?  Why did we
allow it?  Why no one waived the red flag?

This just means that there's bad communication and coordination of development
efforts between the graphics team and src team.  In other words, our process
sucks (that's how our users see it).

Well, these "maybenots" make us look pretty bad, that's for sure.  I keep
receiving emails about more users switching from FreeBSD to GNU/Linux precisely
because of lack of focus and uncertainty even among developers themselves.
