     FWIW, I just updated my stable/11 source tree and started a buildworld.
It should be done in several hours.  When I'm next awake after it has finished,
I'll start the buildkernel.  However, I will need to wait for a good time for
installing and rebooting, etc.  In light of Alexey's comment I would rather not
take the system down until it really needs it, however.  (Setting
vm.pageout_oom_seq=1024000 seems to have postponed the anticipated need to
reboot the other night by eventually scrounging up enough page frames for the
free list to let it keep going.  pagedaemon now has a total CPU time of 6.5 to
7 hours on it.)  Anyway, I want to thank Alexey for taking the time to confirm
that Radeon support is buggy on more than just my system.  AFAIK, he did that
of his own initiative.  And I do notice that he asked Niclas the same questions
that I did.  I am still hoping to see answers to them because they may
determine whether there is yet sufficient reason to go through the hassle of
moving to stable/12.  Without them there certainly is not.
