Intel Bay Trail support? (Gen 7 graphics, Celeron J1900 CPU)

I have Celereon N2840 which is Bay Trail.
I use UEFI boot and x11-drivers/xf86-video-scfb for xorg.
Current 3.8 update doesn't support Bay Trail (ValleyView graphics).
