KMS sad story

Hello!
I have a sad story to tell about my experience with 10.0, Radeons and KMS.
Yesterday, after 10.0 press-release I decided to upgrade my desktop
system to latest stable FreeBSD and while rebuilding everything add
WITH_NEW_XORG to my make.conf. So far, so good. But I had a
disappointment of my life: five random hangs in a day, almost identical.
I have five workspaces in windowmaker and three times out of five hang
occured whle switching workspaces, two remaining was caused by trying to
enter or leave dpms power save. One time I had my screen filled gray,
other times my monitor simply switched off.
I suspected my newly installed 5450 card, but 4550 worked just the same.
And, even as I have dumpon="YES" in my rc.conf I hadn't witnessed any
disk activity from hang moment till reset and I deliberately waited
about ten minutes for dump to occur, still nothing, no dump, no
/var/crash/ file on reboot.
Unfortunately, there's no available second computer with com-port, so I
cannot even guess what's happening on my desktop while it goes to hang
So, where should I start investigating?
PS. Oh, shit. it seems that nothing depending on gtk will not build,
because of
Package dependency requirement 'libdrm >= 2.4.24' could not be satisfied.
Package 'libdrm' has version '2.4.17', required version is '>= 2.4.24'
and with
WITHOUT_NEW_XORG
set we have libdrm 2.4.17 at most.
:(
