Intel 7.1 patch and xorg-dev

Just a note. I fixed handling of the vblank and flips in the patch
version 7.1. This shall allows the xorg-dev installations to actually
render OpenGL windows when sync to vblank is enabled, which is default.
Previously, all you get was the black window.
