Add a dependency on xclock

Isn't x11/xinit responsible for this message, not x11/xorg?

I've always understood /usr/local/lib/X11/xinit/xinitrc to be a sample
file.  Maybe it's just me but I haven't found a need or want to install
xclock in years.
