Yes, I can reproduce the bug by unplugging my external monitor.
Monitor is connected via USB-C cable. As soon as I unplug it I see this message
in dmesg appearing roughly every second.

uhub_reattach_port: giving up port reset - device vanished


If I plug the monitor back - the message stops.
