The bug is alive. Just had it today on FreeBSD 13.0-CURRENT r362882

The exact circumstances under which it happened are not clear. I noticed it
when I detached external USB-C monitor and USB2 keyboard and took my laptop to
another room.

I will try to figure out the exact sequence to reproduce the bug.
