Hi Javad.

Welcome and thanks for your interest.

I've just added your username to Persian language on our Weblate.

Please, test it and if you find any issue when submitting your
translations, let us know.

The good thing about submitting your current work is that you can find
others to help, the Handbook is a large document.

And later we can enable a Jenkins job to build it (daily or when new
translations are made).
