Does FreeBSD have sendmmsg or recvmmsg system calls?

Yes.

The corner case is the cancellation attempt (SIGCANCEL == SIGTHR) coming
while the thread is executing code around the syscall.

Sure, sendmmsg and recvmmsg are same.
