Apache 2.4.37 built with OpenSSL 1.1.1 segfautls on 11.2-STABLE

Dear list,

is it only my experience that Apache 2.4.37 built from ports on amd64
running fresh 11.2-STABLE segfaults in in strcmp () from /lib/libc.so.7 ?
