/usr/lib/libc.a contains .debug_info on FreeBSD 12.0-RC3

Hi,

I just installed FreeBSD 12.0-RC3 amd64 and noticed /usr/lib/libc.a
is much larger than the one on 11.2-RELEASE.

# ar x /usr/lib/libc.a
# file jemalloc_ctl.o
jemalloc_ctl.o: ELF 64-bit LSB relocatable, x86-64, version 1 (FreeBSD), with debug_info, not stripped
# ls -lh jemalloc_ctl.o
-rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel   834K Dec 10 14:44 jemalloc_ctl.o

Is this expected?
