Upgrading via source build, 10.4->11.2

I did upgrade from 10.4 to 11.2 on all our machines, just one builworld,
buildkernel on shared build server (NFS exported /usr/obj + /usr/src),
then installkernel, mergemaster -p, installworld, mergemaster, shutdown
-r now.
