Patch to fix SSH and Kerberos entries in OptionalObsoleteFiles.inc

My local patch count for FreeBSD 10 builds are down to one; could
someone help me bring it to zero by committing my small patch and
merging it to 10 at least?

It adds some missing entries for OpenSSH and Heimdal Kerberos.  This
patch makes it easier for people to switch to OpenSSH or Kerberos from
ports without leaving a broken and/or messy base system behind.  I am
willing to regenerate the patch if needed.  Thank you.
