[CFT] Call for testing pkg 1.5.0

This does not work for me.

# cat /etc/make.conf |grep PKG

# pkg upgrade
Updating FreeBSD repository catalogue...
FreeBSD repository is up-to-date.
All repositories are up-to-date.
Checking for upgrades (218 candidates): 100%
Processing candidates (218 candidates): 100%
Checking integrity... done (0 conflicting)
Your packages are up to date.

# pkg -v

# pkg info |grep pkg
pkg-1.4.12                     Package manager

Instead, the following succeded:
# cd /usr/ports/ports-mgmt/pkg-devel
# make reinstall
# pkg -v
