Hello,
I am running r271243
I just installed a Ubuntu 14.04.1 server guest which went fine.
After updating the system with "apt-get dist-upgrade" and rebooting, the VM
does not complete the boot process.

Does anyone know what is preventing the VM from booting successfully?
Thanks,
Manas
