Security Advisories are for security issues.  Errata Notes are for... errata.

The confusion comes from the fact that ENs go via freebsd-update, which is managed by secteam, so using them for anything is a bit harder than it should be (should be fixed in 11).  This seems like a fairly good candidate though.
