True. I label my backup media with "bak" appended to the label. This does
prevent confusing the original with the backup, but does not work with
dd(1) for the entire disk. Since I don't do this for my backups, that is
not an issue.

And, thanks, Warren for catching my faux pas. I was remembering the old UFS
labels.
