Why does poudriere always rebuild nginx and GraphicsMagick13?

Hi Baptiste,
so I upgraded to 2.3.1 but it still rebuilds those two ports every single time I run a bulk build.

Somehow, it thinks the options have changed.
Maybe, the options-file has an error?
